Andrew Gwynne MP has supported local community work undertaken by McDonalds’ workers in South Reddish.
They recently spent a morning tidying up the area around the Triangle Church and Penny Lane area. This area was selected for a clean up by local councillors Andy Verdeille, Tom Grundy and Walter Brett in consultation with local residents. Andrew and Councillor Brett have both thanked the staff for all their hard work.
Andrew Gwynne MP said:
“This clean up shows the commitment by McDonald’s to put something back into the community. It is very worthwhile to have these tidy ups as it is a great way to improve the local environment. I would also like to pay special thanks to the fantastic work by the staff, who volunteered their own time to help to make Reddish a cleaner town.”
