REDDISH SOUTH STATION – Gwynne unveils new art project

11252677_809316169186879_5092781123631435848_nReddish MP Andrew Gwynne has unveiled a new art project organised by the Friends of Reddish South Station. The art was created by pupils at local schools.

Local schools taking part included St. Mary’s, Vale View, St Elisabeth’s, Whitehill, and St Joseph’s.

Also present were Reddish Councillors Walter Brett and the new Mayor of Stockport, Andy Verdeille. The Stockport Silver Band played a collection of tunes.

Andrew Gwynne MP said:

“The Friends of Reddish South do a tremendous job when it comes to looking after our station. I am so pleased that this project has come together so well, and that so many local schools could take part.

“Congratulations to all those schools that took part.”
