We need a plan – just not this one: My response to the Greater Manchester Spatial Framework consultation

More than 8% of Greater Manchester’s green belt is set to be handed over for future development (in addition to other urban greenspace already identified in the ‘call for sites’). I oppose the site allocations in the Tame Valley and call for a brownfield first strategy to be implemented.

It’s also worth noting that Kingswater is back on the radar too.
