Postal Votes arrive ahead of General Election

PV.jpgLabour’s Parliamentary candidate for Denton and Reddish, Andrew Gwynne, has encouraged those receiving postal votes to use their vote ahead of the general election, taking place on Thursday June 8.

If you are a postal voter then your ballot will be arriving through your letterbox over the coming days.

To vote for Andrew Gwynne follow these steps:

  1. Place a mark by Andrew Gwynne, your Labour candidate for Denton and Reddish.
  2. Fold the ballot paper and place it in the smaller envelope, provided in the pack, and seal the envelope.
  3. Sign the declaration form and and fill in your date of birth, to confirm that you are the registered voter. (Your signature and date of birth will be checked against the specimen provided on your original postal vote application form, to help prevent fraud).
  4. Put both the signed declaration form and the the envelope containing your ballot paper into the larger return envelope.
